Allan and Julie Blyth will be starting an Intentional Interim Ministry at our church on the 3rd of February.  They will be ministering with us for approximately 2 years.  The IIM is mainly about transitions and health. 
The Blyths will be taking the congregation through five developmental tasks:

Acknowledging the history of the church
Examining leadership and decision making
