Intentional Interim Ministry

Allan and Julie Blyth will be starting an Intentional Interim Ministry at our church on the 3rd of February.  They will be ministering with us for approximately 18 months.  The IIM is mainly about transition and health. 

The Blyths will be taking the congregation through five developmental tasks:

  • Acknowledging the history of the church
  • Examining leadership and decision making
  • Strengthening relationships to the wider church
  • Clarifying the congregation’s identity
  • Developing a committment to new pastoral leadership and the future

A transition team will be chosen by the church and will lead the church through the five developmental tasks.

Allan and Julie Blyth will:

  • Coach the transition team
  • Pastor the church
  • Leave at the end of the process
